What is 7-hydroxy?
7-Hydroxy, specifically 7-hydroxymitragynine, is a powerful metabolite of mitragynine, which is the primary active alkaloid found in kratom leaves. It is known for being more potent than mitragynine itself.
What are terpenes?
Terpenes are natural compounds found in plants that are responsible for their unique aromas and flavors. They're commonly found in fruits, herbs, and cannabis, contributing to each plant's distinct scent and taste.
What is THCA?
THCA (tetrahydrocannabinol acid) is a naturally occurring compound found in cannabis plants, particularly in the trichomes (crystal-like structures) on the flowers and leaves. It is the acidic precursor to THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the well-known psychoactive compound in cannabis.
What are the benefits of Kratom?
Some people who use kratom report feeling a sense of well-being, increased energy, and pain relief. Kratom can also be used recreationally for its euphoric effects. Kratom is primarily composed of two alkaloids: mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine, which bind to opioid receptors in the brain to exert their effects. Among the effects of these interactions are pain relief, sedation, and euphoria.
Anxiety, pain, and cravings may be helped with kratom as a natural treatment with some evidence suggesting its potential. It is important to conduct more research to fully understand the potential risks and benefits of kratom for these conditions, as there is limited evidence on its effectiveness for these conditions.
What is melatonin?
An important sleep-wake hormone, melatonin is naturally produced by the pineal gland, a small brain gland located in the vicinity of the temple. Melatonin regulates the body's sleep-wake cycle and is released in response to darkness.
The body's natural sleep-wake cycle is disrupted by light exposure, particularly blue light from electronic devices. Melatonin levels in the body typically increase as the sun sets, which promotes sleep.
There are several forms of melatonin available as supplements, including capsules, tablets, and liquids. It is often used as a natural sleep aid because it helps people fall asleep faster and wake up less frequently during the night. In addition to treating jet lag and insomnia, it is also effective in treating other conditions.
How much melatonin should I take?
The appropriate dosage of melatonin can vary widely depending on the person and the reason for taking it. In general, it is recommended to start with the lowest possible dose and increase it gradually as needed. The recommended dose can also depend on the individual's age, weight, and any other medical conditions they may have.
The following are some general guidelines for melatonin dosage:
- For adults, the usual recommended dose is 1-3 mg, taken 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
- For children, the dosage can vary depending on the child's age and the condition being treated. It is important to speak with a healthcare professional for specific dosage recommendations for children.
- For older adults, a lower dose of melatonin may be recommended, such as 0.5-1 mg.
It is important to follow the instructions on the product label.

What is CBDV?
CBDV is short for Cannabidivarin, and it is one of the many cannabinoids found in hemp or cannabis plants. While it is similar in structure and effect to its more famous cousin CBD, CBDV has many differences.
What are the benefits of delta 9?
Most notably, delta 9 THC products such as gummies offer users euphoria and a feeling of bliss all over. There's a pure delta 9 high you can't get anywhere else (and a legal one at that since our delta 9 comes from hemp!). But moreover, delta 9 also has the benefit of promoting relaxation and better sleep, boosting creativity, stimulating appetite (and libido). It's also just great!
Is delta-9 the same as marijuana?
Not exactly! While delta 9 is the same chemical compound found in traditional cannabis, these products are derived from the hemp plant, not from marijuana. This means that hemp-derived delta 9 THC is legal to sell and consume at a federal level.
Is delta 9 THC legal?
On a federal basis, yes! Hemp-derived delta 9 THC meets the FDA requirement of containing less than 0.3% THC by weight, so it’s legal to sell and consume. However, cannabis laws vary from state to state, so we recommend looking into your state’s laws before purchasing.
How does HHC compare to Delta-10 THC?
HHC is a mild form of THC or Delta-8 THC, while Delta-10 is a sativa-like cannabinoid that will give you focus and energy with your buzz.
Can you compare delta 10 vs delta 8?
Yes, delta 8 thc is more potent than delta 10 thc, but only by a very small amount. In other words, it's a matter of degrees. Delta 8 THC is used by people who want to relax, while delta 10 thc is used by people looking for energy, focus, and creativity. Delta 10 will give you an awesome burst of energetic, explosive creativity unlike anything else in the hemp world.
How does HHC compare with CBD?
In many ways, CBD and HHC are pretty similar. In fact, much like Delta-8 and any other cannabinoid with which you might be familiar, both CBD and HHC interact with the endocannabinoid system. However, as with many other cannabinoids, CBD differs from HHC because it has no psychotropic high.
What is Broad Spectrum CBD?
Like Full spectrum CBD, Broad Spectrum CBD contains all of the other cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids found in the hemp plant. However, the THC has been entirely extracted out of Broad-spectrum CBD (whereas full spectrum still contains up to 0.3 percent THC). Together they work in a synergistic way to produce the entourage effect in your body.
